C is used to skip dialogue which can make you crouch during long talks. NPCs don't mind of course, they are ok with V's antics, but it can be annoying. It can also scuff up your posture, especially with safe areas.
So if possible can we have having only ctrl for crouch and have an option in the gameplay menu for "toggle crouch on/off" instead and get rid of C for toggle crouch? Also right click for "toggle ironsight on/off" would be nice.
Incoming calls block some of your actions, you're basically forced to focus on the call and just walk around and phone dialogues can neither be skipped nor can be denied. They get triggered by proximity to any quest which causes a lot of scuff for example when you're on your way to do a quest or running from. Sometimes it triggers even during a fight. So, just a personal opinion, getting rid of that mechanic completely would be a good idea. Instead of trigger by proximity to a job the calls can trigger when V tracks the jobs. It'd actually make more sense as well.
Finally while driving there's no mouse aim and you get pushed back to an angle behind the car, but there's 1 vehicle in the game you drive for a job where you can actually aim with the mouse. It'd be nice if you could apply that to all vehicles so PC controls are a bit better. In addition, if you could add a speed limiter it'd also help, it'd limit vehicle acceleration on keyboard.
