Feel like I've played my way through a decent chunk of Phantom Liberty's main story at this point, post Black Sapphire, just about to nab the Cassell twins. Thought I'd have a check online to see how many side gigs there are in-case I hit a point of no return or a main quest that locks them out.

Turns out there should have been a side gig I got from El Capitan ages ago before I even joined up with Reed where I get to steal a bunch of cars for him. Only problem is the steering wheel or "mysterious signal" icons that mark the car that starts the gig never show up on my map. Looked everywhere for them, even used a PowerPyx guide to narrow it down to a few specific locations but still nada.

Is this a glitch? Or is the cars appearance just pure RNG? Not sure what the issue is, anyone else had the same problem?
