As the title says. Police system bugged. You can shoot people or cops or run them over and you get no stars. Most of my friends have had this issue too so far. You can temporarily fix the problem by letting the scanner in the Corpo Apartment lobby scan you but even then the issue persists when you load the game or progress a quest.

Kinda gamebreaking that the new police system which was a highlight of the patch is broken.

Unless you really want the police harassing you, that may be a blessing in disguise. I haven't got Phantom Liberty up and running yet, but I have played v2.0 and the police wander into mission areas or NCPD contractor missions and attack me/give me stars even though I'm fighting against people that have NCPD bounties on their heads. Unless I stick to melee/quickhacks, then they are totally cool with it bro (?!?!?!).

Anyway just don't abuse it and you should be able to enjoy the game, unless you really just want to rack up stars and fight Maxtac.
