Hi. When "enable mods" is on there is no playtime, achievements, cloud sync or overlay. As soon I uncheck "enable mods" everything is working fine. Can anyone help?

Have you tried quitting the game and starting it again?
It used to happen to me in the past and this temporarly solves the issue
