I don't know if my game is broken or not, but the guards at the Dogtown entrance all immediately open fire on me the second I try to enter the district, and I can't drive through because an invisible wall stops my car past a certain point. Are you supposed to be able to walk up the sidewalk towards the stadium, or are they supposed to immediately enter combat? Having a hard time starting the expansion as a result.
