Sarafan: I was playing the game on release date on Ryzen 5 3600 and RTX 2070 Super. I had serious drops to 40 fps in more crowded areas. The game doesn't like AMD CPUs. It was optimized a little after a few patches, but it's still not great. So I suspect that the problem is your CPU, as some users above already mentioned.
Drops to 40 fps, what a dream for me hahaha. Yep that i7 6700 is much worse than mine or R5 3600 but they recommend it... Thanks for your comment, i'm trying to get a friend's cpu to check it, will post the results asap.

CymTyr: Yeah in hindsight looking at that Ryzen 1700, that's probably where your issue is. I agree with the other poster who mentioned it.
But it doesn't explain why out of 4k the game performs that bad for me. As you can see in 4k it runs "decent" not like 720p xd. And i have never noticed the cpu was working weird or something.

I though less demanding resolution would result in better performance but... no... :p

Once i can get a different cpu and check it, i'll post the results. Thanks for your reply!!

Crawdaddy79: I strongly believe that your issue is your CPU. Your GPU can't hit its potential because it's waiting for the CPU.

New cpu is here but performance... any more idea? Thanks
