It depends what specific subjects you are referring to, but I would be very hesitant to make such a sweeping generalization, regardless of whether I agree or disagree that it is a legitimate issue. One man's BS, is another man's hill to die on, and such, and just because you disagree with someone does not invalidate their concerns...
Your bet is also a sweeping generalization, but not necessarily a bad one: they are 'people on the internet' after all ;)
I do believe that CDPR is trying to do what will be best for its staff in the (very) long run, but that doesn't mean people should not be able to voice feedback and criticism. A company without an ear to the ground, is more akin to a torpedo than to a guided missile, in that it travels in straight lines that cannot be amended, for better or worse...
As such, I would also kindly advise caution in giving blind support to a company. Companies are not your friend! Not even CDPR, which as far as large companies go, is truly one of the best out there.
