Is it normal that after installing the game with the offline installer. (setup_cyberpunk_2077_build_3214677change_4155897_(64bit)_(43299)

The patch size from gog galaxy is 60gb !

What's the point of the offline installer if you had to redownload the whole game after ?

What?!

I hope not, because my predownload failed, and now im downloading the offline instaler 104 gig at 500Kb...
