Also continued to read on from here and yes the directory it is saved in has read and write permissions (and is not on c:) as well as it is attempting to update files at the correct install location.

Same for me, impossible install any patch, start with administrator but all is stacked, i have 768 gb free space, same directory for games, fuck up this trash, basically the patch completely repackages the whole game, i'm glad there are three class actions against these thieves, they don't deserve a cent and i hope they fail!
