this happens everytime i try to update the game.
i tried right click and run as administrator, running the setup in another language as i saw on another forum.
i have plenty of disk space left on all drives, 170gb where the game is located.
Any idea how can i fix this?

Same thing happened to me going from 1.04 to 1.05. It corrupts the game as well when it fails for some reason so you can't just run the old version. Your best bet is to just trash the game completely and reinstall. I was using offline installer before but now trying with Galaxy to see if it works better.

Edit: Reinstalled through Galaxy and it now works. Had to re-modify some settings (I had hacked the FOV to 125, which dropped back down to 80), but everything seemed mostly how it was when I left it.

It's not ideal but you can delete the files and verify via galaxy or make sure you give read write ownership to users.. also run the updater as an administrator. Could also be a free space issue, you'll need 100 or so Gigs free to do the update.
