Anyone else getting error when installing the patch?

Log file says it is unable to open some files, 4.6TB of free space so that is not an issue (Unless it tries to use the OS drive to patch a big file, 30GB there, game is on the bigger drive).

No error here, I downloaded the offline patch update and ran it ok.
Still did not sort a single problem I have.

I still can't activate DLSS, it says I need an RTX card and I have a 2070 Super :(
(Yes I have latest windows updates and nvidia updates)
