I just bought the game and the DLC. And I am downloading the offline installers.

The base game is 28 parts, and the DLC is 11 parts?

Im guessing I can skip all of the patches?

Yes, if you download the 28 files for the base game and the 11 files for the Phantom Liberty expansion (it's not really a DLC...), you can skip the patches.

What do you mean it is not a DLC? Phantom Liberty is even referred to as a DLC by GOG themselves?
