Hi. I'm a photographer and graphic designer and was recommended to buy a machine with an NVIDIA Quadro K 600 GPU some years ago which work wise I think was the right choice. I'm just reading now however that it is not that great for gaming but I really want to play Cyberpunk 2077!! Think it will handle it?? Or any recommendations?? Thank you!!
Hi,
Quadro K600 GPU is not a gaming GPU. It was a low end card for CAD, M&E, Visualization applications....

Surprisingly this card can handle games. When the game boot with this card then i expect VERY low fps @ 720p resolution or lower.

It's basically the same as GT720 with 1Gb GDDR3. Slow GPU, not the fastest VRAM type and 1Gb won't be enough to run games with older engines even in 720p with medium settings.

The only Quadro K series video cards that can run the game with acceptable performance will be K4000-6000.

For recomendations - if you're on a tight budget - go with GTX1060-1080. If you have money to spend you can go with latest RTX and upgrade CPU/motherboard.
