My rewards for buying the game never appeared in my Stash in Vi's apartment. Any idea what went wrong and how to correct this?

Playing on PC Win 10. Game is running fine.

I'm running the latest game on a fresh W10 OS and I can confirm that I don't have the rewards either. The plush toy isn't on my couch and the rewards are not in my stash.

On the main screen menu, you'll see on the bottom right the number 3 and the title Rewards. Click on that and it should add the rewards to your game. If you're still having problems, contact tech support (and be prepared to WAIT for a reply).
