Are there any plans to support mouse and keyboard input on PS4?
The PS4 has native support for mouse and keyboard input, some games already support this (DayZ, Final Fantasy XIV, Fortnite).
Mouse and keyboard input can also be achieved by using a "PS4 Speciality Controller" (Hori Tactical Assault Commander PRO) or a special USB adapter (XIM APEX). The problem of using these extra peripherals (Hori and XIM) is that many FPS games are still unoptimized for using a mouse and keyboard. Most PS4 games are developed with only the PS4 controller in mind. Your mouse movement is "corrected" with the "aim assist" and "movement acceleration / smoothing" within the PS4 game. There should be an option to disable "aim assist" and "movement acceleration / smoothing" in Cyberpunk 2077.
It would be nice if we could play the Single-player story of Cyberpunk 2077 using a mouse and keyboard on PS4. I usually play FPS games on PC, but my gaming PC has recently died and it is going to be costly to replace it. I also find it difficult to use the PS4 controller for aiming in FPS games, even when playing games that have "aim assist".
