Hello, i got a quest pro, so i wanna try those videos on youtube where people say that cyberpunk on PCVR is really outstanding.

There are mods on steam, how can i get those or anything like that here in GOG?

I believe there is a VorpX mod that will allow you to do this. I've not tried it, but I understand it takes a very good PC to run it like this. You can find it at the VorpX site: https://www.vorpx.com/cyberpunk-vr-download/

This doesn't require you to purchase the VorpX application to use. It's a demo or a promotion of sorts, it only works on CP2077.
