i start a mission and i cant find the way to open the door, i see some videos on the internet that you can open the door whitout the key, but in my game that option its no enable or bugged i dont know.

Some doors need a certain skill to bypass not having the key (Strength to brute-force it or Technical Ability to hack it).
Did the video you watched have a skill-check next to 'open'?

Try looking for another route through the area.
