They should be in% UserProfile% / Pictures / Cyberpunk 2077, but there is no such location and no pictures are saved.
You have to save with the PrintScreen key and paste it into the image editor.

Sometimes, I need a lot of stock images. Dealing with these images has increased in frequency recently. I've already made a few choices natural hair images in this regard as a consequence. A company that offers as many border graphics as it can is one of my favourites.
