This is aimed at the devs. I was really disappointed in this change to game progression. If normal mobs become just a powerful as the player, then It defeats the time and effort one puts into the character. If the player takes the time to level, get the best items, and optimize their build, they should be able to wipe mobs quickly (as those mobs are just that, mobs), without much effort. You might as well not even have levels now. It defeats the purpose of an rpg, the character doesn't feel like they are progressing, especially now that the primary balance focus is on cyberwear, V never truly gets better, as mobs will always close the gap and become damage sponges, the only thing that make any difference at all now is cyberwear.

You should consider giving us an option to turn of level scaling, or change some of the scaling in the game. E.g. it doesn't make sense that some gang members in Heywood, are as strong as Arasaka security forces. Also it's stupid that some clothing, like body armors don't affect stats anymore.
