Me and my roommate both play the game on the same PC, using different windows and steam accounts. After version 1.04 we now see each others saves when we load the game up, and hitting continue loads whoever's save was further along in the story.

Why is this like this? We both are loving the game but having to manage these saves, especially without being able to name them or have some kind of label so we know which ones belong to who, is a serious drag.

I'm also fairly certain this only happened after the recent update.

When you finish playing you could move your save file to a diffrent catalog or drive, same goes for your roommate and before start just move the back.
Maybe devs will do something about it but it's not gonna be soon, they have bigger problems right now.

I’m puzzled because my saves are in my user folder, under Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077. So if you are each using your own Windows accounts, I would except the saves to be kept separate.
