I was in a quest wit heavy fighting and all of a sudden the enemies and me all became invulnerable. It was kind of funny at first but I tried loading my latest save a couple of times and the problem continued.

I thought I had a corrupt save but quitting the game and then loading that same save worked fine.

So if you get that bug, quitting and re-launching the game seems to be the way to fix it.
