I'm about to finish the mission I have a passenger, but I can't finish it because I can't call takemura. I have read several solutions but without success. I have patch 2.12a
I hope you can help me to continue with the story.

Sometimes, triggering a different call can reset the system. Try selecting a side job that involves a phone call, such as one from Regina Jones or another character. CoveredCalifornia
