I understand you are disappointed in the game's performance and is your right to request a refund so I don't disagree with you but you must at least keep your request in a way that they are able to provide it to you and not request anything just because you are upset about not getting a quick response.

I would wait 2-3 days at least before sending another email because like ASnakeNeverDies mentioned, they must be busy.
