After I installed the Monowire Cyberware, I can no longer use my fists... Pressing 4 just equips the cyberwire. Does it deal non-lethal damage? Am I supposed to use it instead of my fists in the fistfight matches?

So the easiest way I found is to go and hold LAlt button, that'll bring up a radial menu. Go to the monowire block, and hit
"q" or "e" and that will switch it to fists. Doesn't help with the middle mouse button, but you can then just hold LAlt and pick you're fists when you want them.

Not very intuitive I know.
