I cannot find how to turn off the quest marker constantly in the middle of my screen.

I was looking for this also, but I do not think you can, Benbass. It's weird how you can turn off everything else but the single most annoying thing about the HUD remains no matter what. It's constantly one step ahead of the player, updating as they go along and spoiling everything before one even gets a chance to process any visual information. It's worse than any bug I've encountered so far when it comes to immersion. Hopefully they include that ability in an upcoming patch, or maybe even deliver on their promised Hardcore Mode which is nowhere to be seen in the final release.
