I got 2 horrible bugs:
1) Random immortal enemies
2) Stuck with a recursive conversation with Takemura (pic). P.S. Solved: dont skip ride to Vakako

1) Are you sure they are immortal and not just high level? I also came across couple almost invincible military bots that couldn't been damaged on 35+ level though to complete tasks in those areas I did not needed to kill them... So I just wiped their memory and went on my own business. In addition to that fighting police in CP is suicide even worse then guards in Witcher 3.
2) In CP you don't need to completely finish the conversation so can't you just walk away from Takemura? Looks like your current task has nothing to do with him.

I ran into the immortality bug once a long time ago on the mission where I went to rescue Saul. It wasn't just enemies who were immortal but I was too and so was Saul.

Reloading a save didn't fix it. What I had to do was quit the game to the desktop and then restart. That got rid of it.

I'm sure. 1 or 2 enemies on location always become immortal (I beat them for 5 minutes I cut off their head & shoot their hands,but nothing helps)

Fix it ? flamethrower!
