I cant complete mission Audience with boss Oda. I am too low level to fight with him. But I can’t abandon the mission and there are no autosaves on the previous chapter. I'm in a vicious circle. Why is there no button to abandon a mission in the game?

Simple: open options tab/setting [escape key on pC] where you can open load game and load previous auto save or quicksave,

Assuming you're already playing on Easy difficulty, I see 2 options:
1 - Load a save prior to starting the mission, and go grind some more XP.
2 - Use a character editor and add some...exaggerated damage on a weapon to take Oda down.

I've done both, so Oda was not a problem at all, even on Very Hard difficulty.
Game.GetStatusEffectSystem():ApplyStatusEffect(Game.GetPlayer():GetEntityID(),"BaseStatusEffect.Invulnerable")

Game.GetStatusEffectSystem():RemoveStatusEffect(Game.GetPlayer():GetEntityID(),"BaseStatusEffect.Invulnerable" )

Sounds about right.

With that, it should make for an interesting spectacle - especially if someone is on the edge of dealing enough damage to take Oda down, or unable to cancel him out everytime he heals.

I'd bring popcorn and watch that fight: Oda vs invulnerable dude with little damage. ^^

Serves OP right, for not using manual saves. ahaa

Oh yeah.

After taking some damage, Oda throws a flashbang, then cloaks and runs away to take a puff of a healing inhaler.
If his heal isn't cancelled within a few seconds (can be done by attacking him while he's healing), his HP goes right back up to at least 80 %.

I initially had a deja vu moment with this thread, given a very similar one.

Being a boosted bonobo (seriously, I even had a banana to celebrate afterwards), I was disappointed I had to spend a whole clip and then some with my 900+ damage Lizzie (the boosted part) to take him down on Very Hard.

Still, this is why I always make a manual save before taking on a mission, especially a main mission.
