First off, I really hope I'm not beating a dead horse here and asking a question that's already been asked a million times. I have high hopes for this game, and after hearing just how gritty and intense the game can be (based on the recent buzz about the ratings), do we know if the GoG version will be an unedited, non-softened version that we may see for the consoles? I have always enjoyed CDPR's games and would like to purchase the game through GoG. However, I would like to be absolutely positive it will be the game based on their true vision, and not a potentially edited, softened version that would probably need to be played on the consoles.

Being an adult, I do crave a game with an excellent storyline, great dialogue as well as the adult situations and disturbing gore that can add to the immersion of the game's world. If I purchased the game on GoG, I don't want to end up losing that because of flak from parents who think games like this should be toned down.

if there would be anywhere that would have an "edited" version, it would be on consoles.

that being said, they're only making one version of the game: the mature version, the one they've been working on for near ten years at this point. so yeah...right then.
