Has anyone encountered such a problem.
Darkened Character Creation Panel / Part of the texture missing?

My card drivers are up-to-date.
reinstalling game did not help.

There's already a thread about this called "Everyone is "black" what can I do?" in which they seem to have found a solution to the issue.
