When the game entered Interlude, everything was black like no texture was loaded. Then came the mirror scene and the reflection was fine, so I thought it might be intended. After I cleared the Interlude, my V was clearing glass and removing TV in complete darkness, and after that, the game asked me to do a chase sequence blind, which is when I figured it must have been a visual bug.
I tried updating my game ready drive, and checking my game file integrity, and neither of them worked. Have you encountered this bug and how did you fix it? My next step is reinstalling the game and it will take a lot of time.
