Well, I mean... There are some chances that physical copy of the game, whatever that would be a box with or without a disc, would also come with GOG activation code. So if that's the case, you would get not only the physical media with the game on it, but also GOG copy of the game as well, which is digital.
Whatever is the store you've checked for the box version, ask support about that box edition, if it comes with digital activation code or not, and activation code of either Steam or GOG.
