Installing on laptop with no internet except mobile hotspot (data limits).
Got the game on flash drive, 2.21+PL(2.21), installs fine, runs fine, game says 2.21.
If I connect my laptop to the hotspot suddenly Gog wants to download 22gb.... wtf is going on
