So I was able to launch the game after 1.1 (I even played this morning), however It will not launch at all now. It just chat with gog servers for a sec and never launches.
What I have done(PC);
Tried to launch it a few times
Closed gog and closed the gog coms background process.
re launched gog
tried to run the app a few times.
Checked video drivers for updates
power cycled
Tried to launch the app a few times.
Got an error code, but I closed it. Relaunched to get a screen shot of the error, Hard crashed my desktop. Ouch.
Any sugestion is welcome.
Did we get a silent update or some such?

Perhaps I should go play Stellaris.

I'm having the same problem.

I suspect the Windows update a day or two ago has done something to conflict with Nvidia cards which possibly is causing it.

I can definately tell you that uninstalling and reinstalling will do nothing. Save your bandwidth 59gb.

EDIT: I got it back up and running by disabling Discord Overlay for both the game itself and in general.

I keep discord closed when not in use, even backgroud, The hard crash was the biggest concern I had, dont like that one bit.
Will mess with it more on my lunch and see if I can get it up n running.

Are you playing it on a non administrator account? I found that Galaxy wouldn't actually update the game until I did it on my Admin account, which I don't use normally.

Sorry about the delay, yes it was my admin account and it sorted itself out what ever it was. (i just did standard wtf restarts and checking permisions of files. Shrug)
