I installed the newest GPU driver. Twice. I disabled my antivirus entirely. The game is on 1.0.3. I did the file integrity verification. I'm still getting the GPU crash for unknown reasons. Any ideas?

Look at what windows version you have, Windows 8 isn't supported at all. If you have an early version of windows like 1607 then it won't work either you'd have to update to a newer version.

If anyone would be willing to help you, he / she would at least need the following information:

CPU
GPU
Windows version (e.g. Windows 10 20H2)
