I don't know if anybody else is experiencing the same issue but it looks like I have more talents and more attributes than expected. Did anybody else experienced this? I also uninstalled the game and reinstalled the game. To be honest I even formatted my pc today and downloaded again the game.

Could anybody help me to have the proper number of attributes and talents?

I already contacted support but maybe someone here had the same issue.

You know what would allow people to tell you the answer to that.... posting ACTUAL VALUES.

Example:
I am level 20, I have used 25 perks.

and yes, you can still get bonus perks from the dumbed down passive levels (called skills now), which only give out a bonus or perk every 5 levels now.
There are also still progression shards in the world that you can pickup.
You can also get perk points just from doing specific quests.

So yes, perfectly normal.

Edit: I don't remember there being bonus atrribute point ones, but I may be wrong about that.

It looks like my brother did something with the mods and now I'm like invincible and have full perks and attributes.

Even without mods this persists...maybe is something related to the savings and the game being modified forever, is there any way I can reset the game at its original values?

New game is all I can suggest.
