Waiting a minute or two unfreezes it and the game seems to work fine, but I've found that this has been an issue for people for MONTHS. How is this acceptable for the flagship game of CDPR? I'm not sure if it's an issue with specific hardware (Ryzen 7 2700x and an RX 7800XT here), but this really shouldn't be an issue guys. I reinstalled the game, downgraded to 2.1 and tried a bunch of ideas people had in various threads on solving it so for now I'm just going to have to accept waiting a minute for my game to unfreeze, but seriously, wtf guys
