Hi. Cant get Full Body Conversion achievement. I have at least one aug in every slot and already tried changing every aug to another but achievement didn't pop up. Any ideas? thx

Same issue here.
Even tried starting a new playthrough (with a different lifepath) - still no achievement after equipping an implant in every system. Cyberpunk 2077 GOG version 1.21 (installed as 1.2, updated to 1.21 via GOG Galaxy - galaxy v2.0.37)

upd: filling all cyberware slots with implants did not activate the achievemnt either
