After the installation I can't find the free Mantis Blades in the near of the Cyber Psycho Quest.
Before I found it everytime.

Do you have the same experience?

I read that previously the mantis blades and monowire and I think also fists were bugged in that they became level locked the moment you either first picked them up, or installed them. Only the projectile launcher is unaffected.

And once you own a piece of cyberware regardless of method of acquisition, vendors no long offer them for sale. So unlike non-cyberware weapons you can't just buy new ones.

Possibly they haven't managed to fix that yet so have removed the free legendary versions to minimise the chance of people being adversely affected by this.
