Any way to get Cyberpunk to respect aspect ratio's?

I can't get this game to display properly on an Ultrawide unless I change my windows desktop resolution to match the game.
It just stretches the image over the whole width which does horrible things to gameplay.

I can play on high/ultra with a FHD resolution as opposed to (barely) medium at native.
