open up game properties by right clicking the games thumbnail ,
manage installation - configure : there you can turn of cloud saves
game will start ,
mind you ... the game still crashed when just walking around the garage
and trying to set a descent set of graphics for it to look good and play well ...
good luck , maybe it will be playable in the Next 8 years , i hope
