Is it will be Digital Deluxe Edition or something like this?
Or for digital distrubution will be available basic edition only?

There are only two editions of the game. The standard edition and the Collector's edition. There exists no difference between them concerning the game. The only differences are the physical goodies you get with the collector's edition.

Digital: Standard
Physical: Standard or Collector's

Unlike many other companies, CDPR wants all gamers have equally full experience of their product. Thus there is no and never will be any in-game limitations for different editions. Standard edition is going to be as full as any other edition could be, and the only difference between Standard and Collector's is the number of physical goodies inside the box.

There shouldn't be BS like digital deluxe editions in the first place. GOG used to provide goodies and extras with most of their games back then when GOG was even more niche than they are today. Now they (are forced to) sell soundtracks and digital extras because creators demand it and they'd have an even harder time if they went back to their old policies and provided goodies along with the purchase.

Your posting shows to me how conditioned many have become. Kudos to GOG and their attempt to put up against stupid DLC and customer-milking policies. Totally worth the pre-order, even if the game should end up being mediocre.
