I have physical pre-order version of GoG, so i can`t pre-download it now. But my friend bought Steam version/ Could i take his files and use for installing to GoG, when i will get my physical copy with Redeem Code?

No, I don't think so.
Pre-loaded files from/on a particular platform obviously need some kind of "unlocking" authentification process (on release) which is specific to that particular platform.
Or in other words:
Pre-load on platform X -> "unlocks"/authentificates only in the platform X environment
Pre-load on GoG -> "unlocks"/authentificates only in the GoG environment
