I played the game on very hard difficulty and eventually reached 1000+ armor by level 30-ish. Normal enemies still hit me hard and can kill me with 4 shots or so, but all drones, turrets and even certain enemies like Adam Smasher only do 1 damage to me per shot.

This only happens with enemies that use turret-machinegun type weapons, is this some kind of bug, or does it have something to do with the damage calculations and my armor values?
