Done with the game, can a give all my saved files to a friend for his steam version? Will he be able to load my character and progress.

there is no difference in save location or data encryption depending on game distributor.

"*drive*:\Users\*user_name*\Saved Games\CD Projekt Red\Cyberpunk 2077"
