I fixed my issue, maybe it will help others.

Steps:
1. In Galaxy, I disable syncing files for Cyberpunk
2. Delete the folder: \Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64
3. In Galaxy, verify the install. and it restores the folder to a new state.
4. As long as you don't turn syncing back on, it will continue to work.

My guess is there something Galaxy is corrupting when syncing. If you do a complete reinstall or turn on syncing, it restores the corruption, preventing the game from working.

Falran: If you guys/gals are still experiencing any difficulties with launching after updating please be sure to give the suggestions from the following support article a try.

If the issue persists do get in touch with us directly and we will take a closer look
Thank you for that.
I ended up fixing it before I saw your post so here cut and paste of how I got it running last night

So finally figured out my Cyberpunk issues

CDPR dropped a huge patch/update for game that was mostly for Console players.
And like EVERY console directed patch,
it FUBARED my PC version on patch day.
Big Shocker (not really)
So time to read on how to fix this

Flatlining when ever I tried to launch
So eventually pin pointed this as a mods related issue
I only run 3 basic mods so easy enough to remove for time being
OK, no longer flatlining

now just not launching at all
back to reading we go

Run Repair/Verify ..... check, no joy
update all video drivers ..... check, no joy
uninstall and reinstall .... check, no joy
but then I realized I told uninstall to NOT remove Save game file so back to uninstall I go

Uninstall and reinstall

IT WORKED!!!!
We have contact
Game is launching

And that's weird as game is launching with old save game files I just told them to erase!!!!!
Bonus for me!

So let me say
HOLY @%@#%%@ IS THIS GAME HARDER NOW

I'm playing this run on Hard setting and 3 days ago I was cruising around killing everything with my Legendary Sledgehammer and using contagion to great effect with my 17 stealth

Now I run up to 3 gang members with Sledgehammer and I'm dead before I can switch to 2nd gang member
And if I go to stealth/hiding and use contagion some random netrunner exposes my in matter of seconds
Honestly Stealth (now call Ninjutsu ) feels pretty useless over all

Glad I'm almost done this run as cant see myself every putting a point into it again moving forward. Cyberpunk is now most definitely a run and gun shooter game.
And that makes me a little sad honestly.

I'm a huge Deus Ex fan and really enjoyed the stealth/sneak/alternative route missions in CP2077.
But those are all but impossible to do now.

Still, games allot more challenging action wise.
Just less challenging thinking/strategy wise
I guess depending on your playstyle if you think that's a improvement or not.

My old 1080ti card doesn't have ray tracing or DLSS ability so I cant enjoy those changes and improvements.

Not really digging the new map design either honestly but it is more functional then it was previously, so that will probably be a welcomed change for most.

Anyways, game is back up and running and holy hell is it allot more challenging combat wise. Now that stealth is basically a non factor.
@Kalfear can i ask where are located the saves ?

EDITED:
Unlucky, not worked for me, hope this will be fix asap

I didnt manually remove saves

I uninstalled useing the option on GOG Galaxay

As I said, first time I hit no to remove files and that didnt work
2nd time I did it I hit yes and worked perfectly

But keep in mind thats after all the other stuff I did

The video driver one is tricky as depending on your card, you might have to fully uninstall your drivers and then reinstall clean.

I run NVidea so was lucky I just had Geforce Experience reinstall the latest driver (I had actually installed it day earlier but figured was worth redoing after the repair failed

Kalfear: I click play or double click desktop and it hilites sync, then reads 0, then hilites sync again, then nothing
no error, no flatline crash, simply doesnt launch

So saw a few people say they had to uninstall and reinstall for it to work
So I did that
nope
Still just doesnt launch

I even tried to open task manager and find this Nih**** file to remove and I cant find it, if it exists at all on my computer

Game simply will not launch anymore for me
This is exactly what has been happening for me except I never got the flatline crash, and it has been doing it long before patch 1.5. If I remember correctly it started after I updated to windows 11. Tried all of the suggested fixes and still nothing has worked.

Sounds like a Windows 11 conflict issue then sadly
Im still win 10
I had zero issues before the patch dll'd

Sorry
hey Guys i think i might have found a solution. i had the same issue over and over again.
after reinstalling it worked for 1 time. but then crashed again all the time.

SOLUTION: go to manage installation -> configure... -> disable sync local safes with gog galaxy cloud -> press Ok -> go to the same settings again and activate it again -> press ok.

works every time for me
hope this helps you too

GOG please fix your stuff

Glad that I could help!:) I think the current version of Cyberpunk may conflict with all non-windows sound drivers.

I have a question. What version is Cyberpunk? I have no idea what happened after the 1.5 cluster f***. Did they revert?
I know all the DLC's are gone. It says I have to update.

Unlucky, not worked for me. I have tried to uninstall then disable Nahimic service (because it's still worked after uninstall Sonic Strudio and Sonic Radar) and even reboot.

EDITED:
So, I have launch the game. Even when I've disabled Nahimic service and even reboot in Task manager in Details was 2 running processes: NahimicAPISvc32.exe and NahimicAPISvc64.exe and after I've killed this two processes Cyberpunk 2077 have start. But after restart my PC this two processes was appear again (Nahimic service still disabled).
