I would suggest to add cheat codes or even a developer menu to the game that requires no modding because I think many people uses Geforce Now or other Cloud Gaming services to play the game ,and there is no way to mod games using Clod Services like GFN. I have completed the main story but I want to experience everything like clothing cars etc.. but it req. so much time . Or maybe add a new difficulty like a DEV difficulty that unlocks everything for you and you can try everything out.
