I recommend CD Projekt RED to watch this review: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0UiXx-_fL5U as this description of the game is very precise and they/you can start working on bug hunt based on that video. I understand that they/you have it rough nowadays, but a mistake made was that this was no Witcher series anymore, where no eyes were watching your every step. Kinda like movie star: You sneeze on the street full of people and then expect a lawsuit from them afterwards for getting sick.

Doubt they need youtube videos or your advice when they have literally millions of people playing and sending them data through their in game client.

You didn't watch that video do you? :) Also it's not all about bugs, but also about the current state of this game wrapped up in pretty precise words as well as I also mentioned in my original post. Again, this is a recommendation and I think they will see or saw already this review as it's from a know reviewer too.

Everyone else can just check it out as so far it's a review which describes this game very well.
And I get your point, that they must be swarmed with issues, bugs and all other stuff and this is a little bit pointless, but some other people can watch it, make opinion and maybe let them know what else to check on.
