Just wanted to update you guys that the issue still persists, with other users also reporting this problem. Now for me PC --> Xbox works but not vice versa, which was not possible for me personally before the cross progression maintainenance.

TL:DR: Problem still exists with no solution for Xbox --> PC cross progression.

Cyberpunk has officially released a patch in fixing the cross progression and I have personally checked to see it working! I see this as an absolute success.

Niche thing I saw while writing this and that is when you are idle in your car for a while, the car actually turns off and the radio has a reverb sound effect added to it in third person. Pretty cool!
