I'm dealing with sudden crashes to the desktop of the game sometimes I can play several hours sometimes I crash every minute. One of the last crash errors is:

Error Reason: Unhandled exception
Expression: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005)
Message: The thread attempted to read inaccessible data at 0x38.
File: <Unknown>
Line: 0

I have tried to reinstall the nvidia drivers and now I have the latest ones. I don't know if this has something to do with this new PC or if it's the game, any help will be appreciated

Same here.
Also could start the game again because it obviously saved at the crash.
Ray tracing enabled (NVIDIA preferred 4k game settings for RTX4090).
Version 2.12a 2h50 played Crashed when sitting down on bench in nightclub.
DLCs installed.

Installed newest NVIDIA driver 555.85 and had no problems yet!
