Melee combat in CP2077 is very unsatisfying at the moment thanks to buggy sound effects and absence of motion blur or camera shaking. I just wish CDPR would address this issue soon.

Well, is that video showcasing a mod? If so, you could use it. Personally, I find those effects to be a little over-the-top for my liking but I'm certainly not against having an option to enable that, either via mods or official settings.

This game doesn't fit the anime or cartoonish exagerated visual effects...

The problem with melee combat isn't the visual effects, it's the AI. As you can see, the enemy doesn't even cover himself when you attack.
